The World Bank launched its World Development Report 2016 which shows that 60% of the world’s population is far excluded from an ever-expanding digital economy. We need to close this gap and leverage the power that the internet has in global development.
This video shows how although cell phone coverage has spread to much of the globe, internet access has not, and this affects service delivery in most developing countries.
