YEL is inviting you to apply to be a part of the European Union's delegation to the youth engagement group to G20! The event will take place between the 17th and the 20th of August 2023 at Varanasi, India. The deadline for submitting applications is the 31st of January at 12PM CET. APPLY NOW The Youth engagement group to G20, more commonly known as Y20, has annual Summits, a premier international youth conference that brings together youth leaders from all the G20 countries. Youth 20 is a forum for future young leaders to discuss, argue, and exchange ideas with the aim of reaching a joint agreement regarding the G20 Presidency. The Y20 Summit result is the Y20 Communiqué; a policy recommendation handed to the heads of state and government. This year's Y20 tracks are: Future of Work: Industry 4.O, Innovation & 21st Century Skills; Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction: Making Sustainability a Way of Life; Shared Future: Youth in Democracy and Governance; Health, Wellbeing & Sports: Agenda for Youth. For your application to be considered, you need to fulfil the following requirements. You need to be: A national of one of the EU countries; Between 18 and 30 years of age at the time of the Summit; Fluent in English; Have knowledge in one of the Y20 tracks.
